When an heir can’t be found, courts typically require proof of a diligent search before they will allow notice by publication. We provide that proof. Every search step is documented as we go, and we prepare a detailed diligent-search affidavit setting out the sources we checked, the methods we used, and the results. It’s ready to file with the court, so your motion for publication isn’t held up by missing paperwork.
